Seeking Casual Chief Exam Supervisors
We are seeking Casual Chief Exam Supervisors to join our Plenty Campus, Doreen and Ridgeway Campus, Ivanhoe, commencing in June 2026. You will have the opportunity to supervise students completing trial and VCE exams, Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority and the General Achievement Test. Examinations will take place across June, October, and November 2026.
What you will do
As a Casual Chief Exam Supervisor, reporting to the Director of Student Futures and working closely with the VCE Co-ordinators, you will ensure a calm, supportive, and secure examination environment that enables students to perform at their best.
To be successful for this position, you must not be any of the following:
- Related to or associated with any student required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking VCE Units 1-2 and/or 3- 4 study.
- Teaching or tutoring any student required to sit the GAT or any student in VCE Units 1-2 and/or Unit 3 -4 study.
- Related to or associated with any person engaged in teaching, tutoring or coaching any students required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking VCE Units 1-2 and/or 3-4 study, or any school personnel engaged in organising or checking VCE external assessment materials on behalf of a school.
- Employed at our School in any other capacity, including as a teacher, casual relief teacher (CRT) or a member of the Professional Services staff.
Who you are
You are calm, reliable, and attentive to detail, with the ability to support students in high-pressure assessment environments.
You bring the following experience and skills:
- Current Working with Childrens Check (WWCC) or VIT.
- Supervisors who are appointed will need to complete a Supervisor Relationships Statutory Declaration in advance of the first day of employment.
- Ability to be calm, understanding and support student voice in examinations.
- Ensuring examination security at all times.
- Able to provide support to students and adhere to policies and procedures.
