Seeking a Personal Assistant to the Head of Buckley House
This is a unique opportunity to sit at the heart of our primary community—supporting campus leadership, coordinating daily operations, and contributing to the seamless experience of staff, students and families.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Campus and Deputy Head of Campus to manage both the Head of Buckley House and School events calendars, correspondence, staff logistics and event coordination. You’ll be trusted to keep things moving, connect the right people at the right time, and support a culture where everyone can thrive.
This is an ongoing full-time, term time position, commencing Term 4, 2025.
What you will do
Supporting the Head of Campus and Deputy Head of Campus, you will work in close partnership with senior leaders across the School and play an active role in enabling high-quality teaching and learning through strong systems, communication and coordination.
In this role you will:
- Provide high-level executive support to the Head of Campus, including diary management, internal and external communications, preparation of briefings, and forward planning aligned with School priorities.
- Collaborate daily with the Deputy Head of Campus to lead operational logistics, including relief staffing, staff scheduling, and room allocations.
- Coordinate the delivery of campus events and daily activities, liaising with a broad range of stakeholders including music, sport, co-curricular and community engagement teams.
- Maintain and manage the Buckley House calendar, ensuring accuracy, alignment and visibility across cross-campus and local teams.
- Partner with teaching and professional services staff to support the smooth delivery of campus operations, working across administration, communication, student logistics and compliance.
- Oversee day-to-day activity within the Buckley House office, contributing to a professional, welcoming and well-functioning team environment.

You bring:
- Demonstrated experience in a senior administrative or executive support role, ideally in a school or similarly complex setting.
- Outstanding communication skills and a high level of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating staffing or scheduling in a dynamic environment.
- Strong digital literacy and confidence using platforms such as Synergetic and SharePoint, or the ability to learn quickly.
- A current Working with Children Check and a commitment to child safety and inclusive practice.
