Casual Administration/Reception Assistants

Ridgeway Campus is currently seeking multiple Casual Administration/Reception Assistants to join our team in November 2024. These roles will play a crucial part in assisting our Professional Services teams during peak periods, managing overflow tasks, and covering for staff absences.

Your Everyday

Working closing with the academic leaders and other Professional Services staff you will:

  • Provide support to Main Reception, Senior Years and Middle Years Reception.
  • Assist in the Print Room during peak periods.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments.

About You

  • Current Working with Childrens Check (WWCC)
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact effectively with parents, students and staff.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • An enthusiastic and positive, can-do approach to work.

If you have a learning attitude, flexible demeanour, willingness to respond positively to any day-to-day operational needs that arise, then we would love to hear from you!

The successful applicant will have solid written, verbal, administrative and IT skills along with a high level of personal resilience to cope with simultaneous demands during peak times.
